A Mandate to Reach the Nations
Scott and Sylvana Zoebisch are the Presidents and Founders of Victorious Minds LLC—ordained ministers and servants of the Lord with a mandate to see the nations encounter Jesus Christ by fulfilling the Great Commission:
“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’ Amen.” (Matthew 28:18–20)
God’s Work of Art in the Making
Scott and Sylvana first met as kids in middle school, with zero interest in one another. Life took them down different paths, but in September 2019, as a single mom of three and a single dad of one, their worlds collided again—this time at a local gym.
Though raised in the admonition of the Lord, they had not yet fully surrendered to Christ. But God! During their relationship, they were invited to a retreat called “The Way.” At The Way #8—eight symbolizing new beginnings—they encountered the overwhelming love of Jesus. There, they surrendered their pasts, brokenness, addictions, and hurts, making a firm decision to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30).
A Hunger and Thirst for Righteousness
Radically transformed, Scott and Sylvana decided to pause their relationship to pursue God individually and “work out their own salvation” (Philippians 2:12). Though apart, they served in the same church—Scott on the soundboard and Sylvana as a worship leader.
In this season of consecration, God raised up mentors who poured into their lives. Each devoted themselves to prayer, the Word, intercession, and evangelism, winning souls and making disciples for the Kingdom.
God’s Great Purpose and Plan
Even in their separation, the Lord kept weaving their destinies together. Verses Scott felt led to send for worship services were the same ones the Spirit had already impressed on Sylvana’s heart. They’d “just happen” to minister in the same places, running into each other again and again. These divine encounters confirmed what God had purposed all along—they were called to serve Him together.
Reunited, they chose to do things God’s way—entering into a season of godly courtship under the covering of their bishop, Aisha Bradley and pastoral mentors, Andrew and Rebekah Ramdial. On December 25, 2022, Scott proposed, and God began speaking to them about leaving Florida and relocating to South Carolina for the ministry He was birthing in their hearts.
In April of 2023, Scott and Sylvana became husband and wife, celebrating with a God-honoring wedding and uniting their families. Now a blended family of four beautiful young adult children, they hold fast to Joshua 24:15: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Walking in Obedience
Though relocating—first to North Carolina and then, eleven months later, to South Carolina—was not easy, Scott and Sylvana trusted the Lord, knowing that obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22) and that He would be with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9). Before their move to South Carolina, they stepped out in faith and were ordained as ministers through the City of Zion Deliverance Healing & Evangelistic Center. Along the way, there were hiccups, setbacks, and seasons of stretching and growth, all of which prepared them for what God was calling them to do.
Today, Scott and Sylvana minister together online on Clubhouse, TikTok, conferences, revivals, and gatherings, offering preaching, teaching, prophetic worship, healing, and deliverance. They also partner with other ministries to advance the Kingdom of God (1 Thessalonians 5:11)—living testimonies of how God takes surrendered vessels and uses them for His glory.

Ministry Media Event Highlights

“This ministry is truly Spirit-led! Lives are being transformed, hearts healed, and people set free in the mighty Name of Jesus. You can feel the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit in every gathering. Just as Jesus said, ‘You will know them by their fruits’ (Matthew 7:16)—and the fruit here is undeniable!”
