The Birthing of Victorious Minds

In January 2025, the Lord began speaking to both Scott and Sylvana about starting a ministry and God-centered business. After faithfully serving 23 years in the field of Mental Health as a social worker, the Holy Spirit placed a new call on Sylvana’s heart: to provide services to the Body of Christ. At the same time, the Lord was tugging on Scott’s heart, calling him into Biblical counseling and deeper ministry work.

While Sylvana deeply valued her years as a social worker—serving as an advocate, behavioral mentor, and family support specialist—she knew God was calling her into a new season. Seeking His counsel, she was divinely directed to the Called Coach Institute, where she became certified as a Biblical Christian Life Coach.

Sylvana provides Christ-centered Biblical Life Coaching, and Scott offers Spirit-led Biblical Counseling. Together, they invite God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit into every session, relying on prayer, discernment, and the truth of Scripture as the foundation of their work:

"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." (Hebrews 4:12)

"But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come.” (John 16:13)

Together, Scott and Sylvana now serve both men and women who are seeking inner healing, emotional restoration, and spiritual clarity. Their services include biblical life coaching, pastoral counseling, grief support, marital restoration, and whole-person care rooted in the truth of God’s Word.
